Ideal size 8,000 SF in Mid-Town Manhattan New York, Prime Location in High Population

SITE CRITERIA:

• Ideal size 2,500 SF which will support 75 to 80 seat count
• Will consider size range of 2,000 to 3,000 SF depending upon project volume
• Prefer former restaurants, corner, end-cap locations or free-standing buildings with minimum 32’ frontage
• Prefer site with existing venting

DEMOGRAPHIC CRITERIA:

• Sites must be in a recognized commercial area with traffic generators
• 8,000/10,000/20,000 Population in 1/2/3 Mile Radius
• 6,000 or more household within 1-mile radius with $60,000 Average Household Income per year

LOCATION CRITERIA:

• North of the I-495 Long Island Expressway – Queens, NY
• Target locations include Long Island City, Astoria, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Bayside
