Harvest Global Partners, Inc., an affiliate of Harvest International Commercial Real Estate, has partnered with European counterparts Corporate Brand and A++ company of Switzerland to launch luxury branding of real estate in New York.
Harvest Global Partners has successfully matched fashion icon Elie Saab with a New York developer for an Upper East Side project. The initiative is positioned around a bespoke luxury lifestyle concept for international clientele and global business communities.
The release also describes a planned extension into private-jet branding, with custom interiors incorporating design elements associated with fashion and elite automotive brands.
The release presents branded residences as a premium segment and cites a portfolio of reference projects across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean.
