Kevin (Kai Yuan) Li is the middle child of 3 siblings. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with a BA in Anthropology. His field of study has garnered him a unique perspective on human habitation and dwelling behavior. He worked at his family restaurant business while attending school. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, and nature, and exploring new places.
Upon graduating, he moved to New York City and began working for a construction company, first as a site coordinator, before becoming site manager. Some of his duties included meeting with contractors and representatives on site to ensure all the logistics of ground up construction to be completed as planned, as well as working with prospective investors and various sales and leasing agents in marketing the condo units.
His on-site working experience at the “CA Plaza” development project in Flushing has lent him competitive advantage and knowledge in entering the commercial real estate world at Harvest International as a sales and leasing professional.
